Hello-
I'm a 54 year old Science teacher who sometimes sees ghost animals.
These sightings all have a common start- one that many people are probably familiar with. I see something move along a baseboard or room wall out of the corner of my eye, but when I turn to look, the thing does not disappear as it does for most people, but manifest more clearly for anywhere from 2 to 5 seconds before gently fading from view.
I was once in a house where an 80+ year old woman's cat had passed away a year earlier. I saw the cat several times- VERY clearly!
Details are not always clear. My girlfriend once had a Chinchilla, and I kept getting glimpses of it. It drove me nuts trying to figure out what it was until I broke down and confessed to her that "I see dead critters" and asked her what pets she had had. She was delighted to hear her pal was still around.
There is no spookiness associated with this for me. These are soul reflections or echoes of things that have been... residual energy?
After all, the 1st law of thermodynamics, accepted by the scientific community, state: Energy is neither created nor destroyed. It only changes form.
Enjoy life! And beyond!
PS!!! I'm adding to this posting- I'd love to hear back from you after you read this! Thanks!

Dear 10000balches, Hello to you.My name is harvest I am new to this forum today,I have read what you have to say about thermodynamics. Anyway I would be interested to hear what you think about the possibility of hearing your deceased pet as well as animal apparitions. I am asking because we recently with much regret had to put down our cat.He was very ill, anyway the morning we were having him put down,my husband was the one who drove him to the clinic,I stayed home.My husband and I planned to handle the situation early in the morning before our kids woke up,they were told about it the day before and we didn't want to upset them any further. My point is that I was alone, I will also mention that we do own another cat,our surviving cat however was asleep with our daughter. It was about forty five minutes after my husband left with our cat when I heard a single cry from our front door. My husband also heard a cat crying at our back door a couple of days later. In closing I would like to add that our surving cat is an indoor cat,he has always been kept inside Thank you for your time,Harvest
