I found this website on google in hope's of getting some answers or maybe some relief.
To give some background:
I moved into my house in November with my daughter who is 3, my boyfriend and my cat.
Since i moved in my daughter has had issues sleeping through the night. Sometimes she wakes up 2 times a night crying and scared, sometimes more.
At first i chocked it up to a major change in scenery but it still happens after 5 months.
I noticed some paranormal activity in my house in the form of footsteps, thunking, whispers and cries as well as shadows in the corner of my eye and goosebumps/cold spots.
Especially in certain areas of the house.
I never thought it was an animal, or maybe there is an animal and another spirit.
Anyways..a few weeks ago i felt a cat jump onto my bed at the foot and walk across the bed...immediatley i froze in fear because i lock my cat up at night in the laundry room at night.
I shook the blanket with my foot and it went away...
The next day the same thing happened to my boyfriend..i never told him about my experience so when he told me I was shocked it had also happened to me. I told him and he was upset i never told him. He works graveyards so i'm hime at night and he is home during the day.
Since then neither of us have noticed or felt the ghost cat.
My daughter on the other hand has been saying some strange things.
When asked about why she wakes up upset so much at night she typically tells me this:
"I wake up alot at night becasue chuck is in my room..and she scratches at my walls and she goes under my bed and she scratches by blankets like this.."
Then she makes kneading motions with her hands on her blanket.
Then she tells me it scares he and bothers her and it happens all the time.
When this happens my cat is always locked in the laundry room at the other end of the house.
My cat also tends to act very cery strange at certain times of day and night.
She will run fast through the house so fast and hide , or stare at nothing, or hide in her litter box or on shelves..
anyways i would like some tips on how to rid my house of this ghost cat..since it bothers my daughter so much.
