I work with dogs all day. I am in yard w/several dogs at a time for camp. One dog that comes alot makes me a bit nervous. When we are in the backyard only (we have 4 yards) He will sit and look upwards and move his head like his is watching a bug or something, I look and try my hardest to see what is there. I never can find anything. And in random parts of the yard I get a cold feeling. And this only happens in the one yard.. if he is in another yard he doesnt do it.
Also, I hear a dog barking from a room that has no dogs in it at the time when I was working over night. I would go and look just to see if someone had left a dog in the room before leaving. Never anything in there.
There are a few other odd stories about my store also!

That's interesting. I would set up some sort of webcam system and see what you catch.

I have had my pets do this many times over the years while we were in the house. I had a pug named Bear that would set by my feet and suddenly stand up and bark at the corner of the room. He would not leave my side or stop watching as if he was trying to protect all of us.

One time I was visiting a friend and brought my cat. He had two cats. One night, we were in the living room talking, and the three cats were in there, too. Suddenly, they all sat up and turned their heads in unison toward the hall and "watched" (turning their heads to follow it) something come from the hall through the living room.
I had a kitten (later) in my old house in Oregon who got very nervous several times when he first came to live with me (This is the same house I later saw the shadow cat). He would seem to see things that I couldn't. After a while, he seemed to settle down.

As far as dog barks being heard from a room with no dogs in it , sometimes A/C vents are connected to several rooms and sound can travel through them quite easily === Sometimes sounds can come from outside in one room and travel through the vents to a room across the house and a floor or even two up ===I'v had this happen before ====It was excitingly scary and extreamly fun till we figured it out ==== Then it was just fun ======
